This thought just entered my head. What if we, the supporters and fans, are to blame for missing out on players? Let's say we were the only team after for example Cissokho, and wanted no other clubs to know about it. Then we started discussing about this transfer all over twitter, here and other forums, which led to Liverpool joining the fight over his signature. What do you guys think? Should we blame ourselves?
You definitely have a point with this. I think this has been a hindrance for many a year. Always remember an interview with John Oster when he was at Burnley saying how the fans got on your back straight away if you weren't winning. Being as passionate as we are has its down sides.
Sounded very loud on the radio mate, didnt go last night, plenty did though, i'm sure somebody could tell us
Peter reid getting swilled, mick mack hounded, sbragia, bruce, mclean, ji, bardo Not saying its not justified but there is a pattern
It's really hard to tell. The crowd was really evenly spread (apart from the usual packed areas), There were boos, there was Ji's, there was applause. Really hard to tell. I was applauding his efforts like i would any player only to see someone applauding him off while booing so it's just too tough to tell. Was Anybody else there? What did you make off it?
I wasnt booing Ji but I almost booed PDC for humiliiating the lad. Should have been substituted at HT not 2 mins into the second half.
