Actually not even a half bad team when you play our subs…nice bit of depth that!

Decent depth I agree with 3 young'ns in the midfield.

However I'd play Altidore so he can score his first for us and drop Ji.

Altidore needs a goal and tonight is a very good chance to just give him that bit of confidence, once he gets that we will see some good stuff in the Prem, he needs it more than Ji/Wickham.

Also PDC will play more senior players than you say, hes on record as taking it very seriously, I can see Johnson playing on the wing instead of Mavrias who isnt fully fit and this game could catch him out. Its not like the reserves or something, MK Dons will mean business.

    ---------------Mannone---------------

Gives us a chance to see is the Czech can really play right across the back 4.

No Fletcher. If the sweaties get wind he is fit they will play him and we'll be really ****ed. I'd rather give O'shea a rest and save him for Palace.

Our second string midfield could be karlsson, BA, Cattermole and Mavrias. And people say we arn't improving.

Manonne for Westwood we already know. I can see Karlsson starting too. But I reckon we will start with a strong team then look to bring the younger players on in the 2nd half if / when the game is won.

Hope Altidore gets on the score sheet tonight a goal will do his confidence the world of good. Agree about Fletch too, would be great to see him in action again but we need to keep him under wraps and away from a possible Sweaty call up.

    I'd play

    Mannone
    Celustka - Roberge - Diakité - Colback
    Karlsson - Ba - Vaughan - Giaccherini
    Altidore - Ji

Mavrias I'm pretty sure isn't at all fit. I remember reading he missed a chunk of the end of last season and he hasn't really had any pre-season due to an injury. So I'd be very surprised to see him play

PDC says Giaccherini still isn't fully fit so 90 mins here will help and Ji definitely needs a bit of match practice so I'd partner him with Jozy who could use a couple of goals

Wickham and Fletcher to come off the bench
