I really want to see Sess playing deeper. I think he's best running at defenders and I think he's too small to be in amongst cbs with his back to goal. I want him away from that striking area, a bit deeper where he has more time to turn and has 4 options. Giacc, AJ, Fletcher, or a run at opponents. He's wasted where he's playing imo.

Once Fletch is back up and running I would like to see this. With overlapping wing backs, with Cabral (With Catts Challenging) breaking up play and covering at the back if need and finally a Midfielder who can distribute the ball forward

    Westwood

    O'shea----Roberge/Diakite
    Celustka------------------------------------------??????
    Cabral---??????

    Sess

    Johnson--------------------------Giaccherini
    Fletcher

Seriously though that's the million dollar question mate, personally and this is nothing against Sess I would sell him he is just too inconsistent for us at present. Still think he should be used as a CM and not a striker he just isn't a striker, is it 3 managers now that have tried and failed to put him there?

Exactly this. Three or four good games last season, nothing this season.

i'd keep Colback in that team in LB.

as for Sess, i'll let Paulo try and work that one out.......i'd rather try jozy and Fletch fr a bit and see if that works.

At the moment, I'd say sell too. But there's a massive chance he won't be sold and we have to accept this possibility so the same question is going to pop up again after the window shuts. What the hell do we do with him?

he has been played attacking from the right, deep lying striker, even centre mid playmaker in the past (psg) ...but with the likes of makelele alongside him.

the blokes a headfuck for most managers.....

Someone mentioned he was good playing in the middle with Makelele, ergo buy Makelele.

For me he's best when cutting in from the left. Id move Giacherini into the middle in a 4-2-3-1

    .......................Westwood......................
    Celustka...Oshea......Diakaite...Colback
    .................Cabral..Vaughan...................
    Johnson........Giacherini........Sessegnon
    ......................Altidore............................

The wings is where I would play him. Perhaps try giacc' in his role?

When Fletch gets back i have the feeling he will be relegated to the bench. I have a feeling we will play a 4-4-2 with Fletch playing slightly behind Jozy. Jozy knocking them down and Fletch smashing them in.

Unless he plays in midfield along side Cabral. Has to be better then Larson.

We have enough cover on the wings now, so don't see him playing out wide either.
