He has played well and took both goals well. Maybe he will come back and bite us in the arse? Nice lad though and good luck to him.
Some guy called Fraizer Campbell seems to have won a game for Cardiff against Man City. Didn't we once have a player by the same name? After nasty injuries didn't we sell him for about £600,000? When fit wasn't he better than Altidore, Whickham, Ji and, maybe, Fletcher? Wonder what happened to him.
fletcher scored more goals for sunderland in his first six games than Campbell did the whole time he was here
Yeah, well done Fraser. I've no time to get bitter over an ex player who's doing well. I wished him well when he left for good reason. Hope he continues to do well and I'm not going to peeved because we sold him. Life is way too short.
I was disapointed when Fraiser left, especially for that fee! He deserved a run in our team last season, him and Fletch might have been a success!
Ever thought he left simply because he wanted to move on himself? He's gone guys, wish him well and move on.
Glad Frazier did well today but the fact of the matter is he didn't produce while he was at us. Injuries play a big part in that but it also just didn't work out for him. I don't think we should be bitter about him leaving or towards anyone for selling him. He needed a move to further his career. I doubt it was ever going to happen for him here.
He was a nice lad Fraiser. He used to come disguise himself at sit with the fans when he was injured. Good luck to him!
Its good to see a decent lad reaping the benefit of the hard work he's put in. To recover from 2 cruciate ops and still show that kind of committment takes guts. He seems to have recovered a lot (if not all) of his pace as well - hope he has a good season (barring 2 games of course)
Am chuffed for the lad, always liked him and gutted to see him leave thought he still could have been useful for us. Christ we could have used him tail end of last year
What an extraordinary article! Frazier was well liked but showed nothing more than fleeting glances of being marginally better than average, he is not even in the same league as Fletch, who has 41 in 130 games in the Premier League. Frazier has, in 68 Premier League games managed 9, in arguably better sides. Do the ratios on that. I'm genuinely delighted for the lad, by all accounts, but I'd want 2 Fraziers for Fletch's nose.
Lasr night I saw people writing off Altidore and one giving him less then respectful nickname. 2 games and you pass judgement, have a word with yourselves you cannot keep writing off players in such a short period of time do people have no patience these days. Fraser had a good run but never picked up after his injury lay off.
yes it was! own up everyone. me included, although i never lambasted him. just never thought he'd make the grade consistently at this level, as much as i liked him and his positive attitude. hopefully he will, but it's a long season........
