Attitude , last night he was every where , tracking back , winning balls when he shouldn't have ( or at least it looked like he wouldn't) the most passionate player I've seen in along time and never stopped working .Bony up front has given Mitchu so much more freedom to roam and whet a combination they'll become .

you can see he is on a different level to most. Always thinking, dummies, quick free kicks, unexpected passes. Has the lot - just need to keep hold of him!

Yea, we need to enjoy him while he lasts...As soon as Laudrup leaves at the end of this season, so will Michu.
If we bag 35 million for both manager and player, that will do.

I agree bony,i did a post on this kind of thing a few weeks back, it seems that the spanish lads Are never found wanting in their professioalism and passion.

Even when pablo was in a bad run of form last season he still tried to make those passes and try and be creative for the team, he went up alot more in my estimation of him after that, its easy when things Are going well, you see what a player has about him when things Arnt going well, i thought pablo was awesome last night, still plays the Odd crazy back pass though !

Nothing like enough for me because we won't be able to replace his ability with that sort of money. With Laudrup leaving as well, the bargains from Spain will dry up and one or two others might also follow him out of the door.

What we need is an absolutely stonking season to encourage Laudrup to stay with us a little longer. If he sees that we have the ability to kick on even higher, who knows, he might even sign another contract. If that happens I can see us become an "Everton-like" fixture in the top eight before he finally does move on.

Too many players last night were on top of their game last night so I suppose it'll be easier to highlight the weaknesses rather than the strengths of individuals ( but I'm not going to ) they all played a part in a very good performance . I'm so glad that Pablo is beginning to get the positive recognition he deserves he frightened their defence last night and there was visible lift in the crowd last night when ever he started on a run forward .The best is yet to come .

No. Apart from the goal he did bugger all.

Agree with everything said about Michu though, class player we're lucky to have him

I disagree, Dilli. I remarked in the first half that their number 7 looked like their best player, after he'd skinned Rangel and made a number of clever movements on the left. He's not good enough for us, I agree, but he's far too good for his current team, in my opinion.

I hope that we can keep michu and we don't accept arsenals offer however big it ends up as i think this will be his last season with us anyway because if he has another good season it wont be just arsenal after him it will be every other big club at home and foreign.
