Cesar can piss off, i'd prefer to have an English keeper- who can communicate with his back four effectively.
The fact that his wages alone could nearly cripple the Club in the FL is the biggest factor here. We must do everything in our power to get shot of him in the next 10 days or so. Also, the fact that he was proper pony just when we needed him last season, allied to his laughing and joking right after the goal that sealed our fate, means I'd like nothing better than to be rid of yet another of Hughes' disastrously expensive mistakes.
I think he does IMO but had to explore top end football for the world cup... he is also on record as saying he would stay and by Harold's quotes has been training and being fully professional. Posters are just looking at the money here few would argue that he is our keeper
All we need is Harry to say that he's definitely staying and then we know for sure that he's on his way.
i.m.o you need him gone, you cant have a 80k keeper on the bench, plus he will be a financial strain, and you buy two players with his wages, I cant see him being here in sept. watch arsenal do a last day deal for him, everyone else has a keeper
Of course we need him gone mate. A Club of our size can't have an 80k keeper on the pitch, never mind on the bench. Our wage structure is hideous, even moreso now we're in the Championsh*t.
He has about as much interest in playing in the Championship as I do in a ****ing a beehive. He is genuinely jeopardising his place in a home World Cup team for the sake of a million quid or so when he is already a multi-millionaire. Hold tight and he will **** off on deadline day not at our expense. If not, laugh at him as he gets dropped from the national team for his ludicrous greed.
Not could I apart from the fact he is here and staying and we can afford him easily ... Tot up our reductions so far ... Play him
And risk destroying the harmony in the team while dropping a goalkeeper who has done nothing wrong and would get hurt for the side rather than playing like a complete tart.
