Haha me too marra, although you seem to be pretty clever in computing, anyway hopefully we sign our targets by Sep 2nd
Yeah mate, it says, "I would have been happy to go there, but they tell me they don't use soap." Hope this clears things up.
ditto, it was a blow like, saying that, monday night took the edge off and those stupid bloody gates and sailor getting sent off
Sunderland are set to take their summer spending beyond £20m by making Juventus full-back Paolo De Ceglie their 12th signing. (The Mirror)
With Sunderland's need for a left back being well documented, there has been a lot of speculation linking Sunderland with Paolo De Ceglie of Juventus, with reports yesterday suggesting the club had sent a delegation to Italy in an attempt to push the transfer through. However, in an interview with fantagazzetta, De Ceglie's agent, Carlo Pallavicino, has denied that talks have taken place between Sunderland and De Ceglie and says the player is happy at Juventus; There is no negotiation between my client and Sunderland. There is nothing to confirm. Paolo is very happy to be at Juventus. He thinks of nothing else, the rest is just talk. While this doesn't mean Sunderland are not in talks with Juventus over the left back, it does suggest that any deal for the defender is still some way off and it seems as if the player will take some convincing to switch the Juventus Stadium for the Stadium of Light.
Isn't funny how when it comes to other teams, the media only count the transfer fees but when it comes to us, they count signing on fees and agent fees as well. Dickheads. I hate them me. Sorry, O/T
22 minutes ago @DamGiordano The ‪#‎Sunderland‬ insists for ‪#‎DeCeglie‬. The clubs are negotiating. The distance between offer and demand is close
Not O/T at all mate. All part of the media bias. tbf would probably apply to whichever club PDC was at, it just so happens to be us. imo it`ll be great to prove the twats wrong.
Looks like he's rejected us: http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892...e-ceglie-rejects-sunderland-move?ICID=HP_BN_1 "The wing-back does not want to leave northern Italy, but the Bianconeri are hopeful that the Black Cats will return with a better contract offer and complete the transfer By Romeo Agresti Juventus defender Paolo De Ceglie has rejected a move to Sunderland, Goal understands. The wing-back has been linked with a move to the Black Cats for several weeks, with reports in the Italian press on Wednesday suggesting a deal was imminent. But the 26-year-old's agent has informed Juve that his client feels at home in Turin and will refuse a move to the north east of England. The Bianconeri have deemed the 26-year-old surplus to requirements ahead of the new season, and remain hopeful that Sunderland will return with a more lucrative offer before the transfer window closes to tempt him into a move to Wearside. Paolo Di Canio has made 11 signings this summer as he looks to overhaul the squad that finished the 2012-13 season just three points and one place above the relegation zone. The latest signing is Charalampos Mavrias, a Greek winger who joined from Panathinaikos earlier on Thursday. Roberto Di Fanti, the director of football at the Stadium of Light who played a part in bringing Di Canio to the club, has helped recruit two players from Serie A - Emanuele Giaccherini from Juventus and Modibo Diakite from Lazio - as well as Italian goalkeeper Vito Mannone from Arsenal. The Blacks Cats were defeated 1-0 by Fulham in their Premier League opener on Saturday." Oh well, onto the next one...
