Someone on twitter said replacing Modric with J Cole is like replacing sex with rape. It made me chuckle.

 

I would have thought it was more like replacing rape with sex going by what I've read.(Don't take that seriously)

 

if this happens I will lose all faith in Redknapps ability in the transfer market. For me his knowledge of players across the continent or world is poor for such an experienced manager. He likes has beens who he has managed before.

I cant see Levy sanctioning this deal

Oh, theres no doubt Harry wants him, any chance to give his mates another chance, im just hoping Levy says "NO WAY"....this has really got to me, these are the signings we would have made 6 or 7 years ago, not now, not when we are pushing for the top 4 places, i will be gutted if we sign him, absolutely gutted!

What exactly is Joe Cole going to add? He isn't anywhere near as good as what we have already - it's a move backwards in my opinion!
