How dominant do you think this partnership will be this season?

I personally believe this partnership plus Thudd will be the key factor to whether we succeed or fail this season, If we can keep Aluko fit and he can score goals like this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbvRgJyW__k) and if Sagbo proves to be a good player then
we will have a destructive duo on our hands. With both off these been very strong and also liking to run at players I can see them causing havoc for the opposition defenders, I know is completely different but I've personally played Sunday league for a good 6 years as a CB, and if their is one thing I hate is when big strikers run at you, Most of the time you have to just get in the way and usually end up been knocked over or on a few occasions knocked out, You may call me optimistic but I can see us causing mayhem this season and finishing a solid 14th.

    I also found this article

The bit I like the best about this article is "To help the partnership, Aluko has voluntarily began to learn French to communicate with the Ivorian Sagbo."

I think this partnership will be our secret weapon this year, although it will not be secret for too long:1980_boogie_down:

I have visions of Aluko running around shouting 'Mange Tout' - Del Boy style.

I think this'll be our best partnership this season. But it hinges on Sagbo's finishing; we saw at Chelsea he can get a shot off ok, but he needs to score a couple to get his confidence up.

I hope we get to see them start together on Saturday, but I'm worried that Brucey will be nervous about dropping a low in confidence Graham after just one game.

I'd quite like to see Graham on Saturday, Our threat on the most part is from crosses and he's probably our biggest threat in terms of getting his head on it. He showed in the friendly versus Betis that he can stick a few in like that.

Sagbo will be a key player but for the moment it's worth giving Graham the chance.

Sagbo is wasted playing in a wider position and Brady is wasted playing more centrally.

If we insist on one out and out striker, it has to be Sagbo, IMO with Brady back on the wing.

We cant afford to be picking teams on sentiment or not wanting to piss the new kid off. If Sagbo is a better option than Graham to lead the line then so be it.

I can't believe everyone's made their mind up on our two new strikers already. Since no one actually turned up for Betis, most of you won't have even seen either of them play live yet.
