Some of you may have read this in the latest edition of The Bountyhunter fanzine, which was on sale at the Bradford match, but as they don't have an online presence I was lucky enough to be offered the chance to publish it via this medium. There's some typically fascinating responses from SOD in here, some you'll love, some you'll perhaps have alternative views on, but all equally measured and balanced, as ever.

There's also a question from Sean himself at the bottom, which he wants the fans to answer. So please feel free to comment on the blog itself or the comments section of this forum below and I'll collate all responses and get them back to the club - it's a good chance to tell the manager (and others) exactly what you'd like to be happening at your club.

    Thanks for reading!

    Good read.

I just fear the manager is a far more astute, intelligent, man than any of his personnel or board members. They just wont get "where he is coming from" and that will go for most of the fans too.!

    Shame..

Yes Banksy, I certainly know what you mean, but my hope is that everyone (well, the vast majority!) accepts this is a younger, lesser-paid team and that they need time. Lets hope so as I genuinely believe this could be the start of something very good if we let it grow

Speaking as someone exiled even further from AG than most I have commented on the blog that we are playing a couple of players who are not currently up to the job my view from afar is that Fontaine needs to be out of the firing line for a while to try and rediscover his self belief and Kilkenny will never be a team player because it is always someone else's fault every time he screws up apart from that the team looks like it could develop into something very good.

Everyone is fully aware that I am no fan of Neil kilkenny, However I think the manager has dealt with the NK situation in exactly the 'right' manner the player was left to him and he had previously fancied him and tried to buy him, he has made all the right noises about him and given him every confidence boost verbally he can. It may well of paid off, you could hardly expect him to do an interview and say "nahh he's crap after all. he can get on if he wants"

Both him and Fontaine are large club assets, whether he fancies him now or not he needs to try to establish some value to them to get other parties interested?

Football manager / politician , not a job I would fancy.

What an eloquent person SOD is, I thoroughly enjoyed the interview and have a totally different perspective of him than when I watched his last pre-Wolves video interview..

Thanks mate you've got me thinking..
