can't believe JWP is starting ahead of cork and Davis. Adds nothing much other than running, fair enough if the two have knocks but otherwise it's a very poor selection based on all the times I have seen JWP. In fairness as the advanced midfielder he might have a bit of room to make an impact but I have never seen him look like threatening. Pleased that Fonte starts ahead of Hooiveld, I rate him as our 3rd best.

Shaw's ligaments clearly have miracle recovery powers. Interesting team though, hoping JWP impresses. Also happy to see Fonte in.
To be fair no one has seen JWP in training this week. We do know from pre season videos that he is a real Threat on set pieces.
