Ordered shirt in the pre order period and got email last week saying dispatched but not arrived yet, has anyone got theirs yet?
We got ours last Friday. I have noticed on Twitter that several other people are still waiting. So much for the PRE-order!
I have told the story already. The levels of customer service the online shop offer are awful. I ordered 4. The following day I emailed them to say make them all a size bigger. They said it wasn't possible as the order had been processed but wouldn't be dispatched for a further 18 days. 3 arrived in the post this Tuesday. I sent them back as they were too small. I emailed them to tell them the fourth one was not enclosed and I needed that to be a size bigger. They said they couldn't change it even though it hadn't been sent to me yet. I told them that level of customer service wasn't acceptable to me and I wanted to cancel the whole order, a loss to the club of £128.94.
Still waiting in Canada for Flyer's suggested XXXXL size shirt for me to arrive on this side of the pond. Now my physique is skinner than Roller's Millwall fitness coach, so I don't know what his sizing would be - Danny ****tu must have been a bad influence on him, but Derry will straighten him out.
Mine arrived at my father's in North Wales on Monday and is now in the mail to Australia.. Following the customer service trail above; they have sent me TWO shirts. Apparently I ordered 2 separately on the same day (got an email confirming my orders as the 24 hour line was closed).... Brilliant
