Well I've tried on line but when I log into my account the option to purchase ain't there dammit! Have emailed the ticket office now so hope I get my bloody seat ! Had them over the phone this morning. The lad said that there is a problem with the ticketing system and that they've had loads of calls regarding it , however some rabble have been able to use the system whereas some '' Sophisticated International Supporters '' were experiencing a modicum of difficulty...... Just ordered mine, But what the **** have they done with the front screen, couldnt read anything with that picture in the background. Still everything renewed and ordered with the help of my son.
Ordered mine about an hour ago and agree with trunds - also several of the 'proceed' links were missing so had to make educated guesses to get to the next stage. All done now though but can't help thinking that, as professional as we are on field, the website, marketing and commercial department are definitely lower league. Can't we spend some of our millions hiring some professional marketing and promotions staff? Just saying!
I had an email today from the ticket office which said they had refreshed my account and so I should be able to purchase tickets for the game, totally agree with above we really should be more on the ball with the ticketing/website/shop it's not good enough imo
Guys even companies like o2 have **** on-line payment systems, including missing "proceed" buttons, that were missing for weeks on end, so a club like Swansea has no chance.
