By Darren Lewis Stoke's Hughes plans Junior Hoilett transfer after working with winger at Blackburn and QPR 14 Aug 2013 22:30 The Canadian was on the books at Ewood Park when the Welshman was boss and was reunited with him last summer Stoke manager Mark Hughes is set to move for Junior Hoilett from former club Queens Park Rangers. Hughes, whose brief is to get the Potters playing more attractive football, remains a fan of Hoilett, whom he signed last year during his time at Loftus Road and also managed when he was in charge at Blackburn. The 23-year-old winger has had a fine start to the Championship season with QPR, impressing in their league win over Sheffield Wednesday and a League Cup victory at Exeter. He also scored the equalising goal to earn Rangers a point at Huddersfield last Saturday. Canada international Hoilett was a youngster on Blackburn's books when Hughes was manager from 2004-2008. Will be happy when the window closes. whenever a player has a good game...someone wants to buy him. We would have sold Granero and Cesar 10 times over if either of them had had a good game
Hughes - The Joke from Stoke, remove yourself from anything associated with Queens Park Rangers. Thank you ever so much, be a good chap and kindly, Fcuk off
Unless that is if you want to take Granero, Mbia, Diakite, BZ off our hands in which case we can do a good deal.
We wouldn't want to say anything of a kind .................... we are too nice a people to say as such, hold on a moment, "What's that Bob?" "Yes, make that 5 metres of rope, were doubling up in case the first line brakes, yes .......... yes, ok, put that on my account, will you?" ............. as I was saying, we really are good people, you can take it as gospel.
We won't let Junior go He's been our best player so far and we'd be mad to let him go without a replacement lined up
Junior out on loan according to latest and Townsend in to replace him. I can't see why we aren't selling Hoilett if that's the case. So much for Harry's 'No loan policy'...
Hoilett looked really threatening in the Wednesday game. He's leaner, hungrier and has the bit between his teeth. We'd be mad to let him go now, and to that Welsh tosser too (nothing against the Welsh, or tossers generally for that matter - none deserve to be associated with Hughes)
