Anyone going tonight? I'm taking the missus and grandson and know a couple of Jock mates who'll be somewhere up the other end. Should be afeisty affair and I wouldnbt be surprised if Scotland get something from the game...
Usually 'friendlies' are tedious affairs but not this one I suspect. Wonder if Andy Murray will be there? He will have to behave if Scotland score since about 15 cameras will be on him. I just hope it is not a woeful display by England.
Wouldnt go if the tickets were free, England games are boring and the friendlies are like going to a dentist, only more painful. However the sweaties should be up for it so it might not be like a normal friendly.
Drinking by work in Smithfield, wondered why it was full of scots, but it's where our French King Edward executed William Wallace. Think I'll watch the game elsewhere though.
Flew Glasgow to Brum yesterday, plane half full of blokes in kilts and Scotland shirts/ 'humourous' T shirts. Should be a good atmosphere. We should, of course, smash them, but who knows?
Our National Anthem got booed. What a surprise - not. Savages. Hope we stuff 'em proper. Apologies to any fellow posters who may be Scots in origin.
