We could put out a team of full internationals. Must be first time since the early 80s.

    Vorm

    Jazz
    Ash
    Ben
    Taylor

    Ki
    JDG
    Shelvey

    Lamah
    Bony
    Pablo

Seven different countries. I think our 80s team would have only been draw from four (Wales, England, Scotland,Yugoslavia).

Could be Wales back 4 of the future. Laudrup touted Ben as a CB

It is bizarre, but that's because some of our strongest players are Spanish and they are not quite good enough to be in the World Champions' team. Although after the way Brazil opened up the Spanish defense in the Confederations Cup this summer, I have to think that both Chico and in the future maybe Amat are Spanish internationals - Pique was made to look ordinary.
