Anyone know when they are being released? I know Ba has confirmed on twitter he is wearing 22 but have the club potentially dropped the ball on this one? I could imagine a lot of youngsters would be wanting their favourite players on the back of their shirts for the season opener.
Probably a bit of a loss of a few quid there agreed, but I think we will leave it as late as possible to announce them, as giving catts etc crap numbers sends a message out and will knock a slice off any possible transfer fee
according to the fa club profile (the accuracy of which i'm dubious) altidore is #17, karlsson is #19, ba is #22, Roberge is #29 and giaccherini is #33. this leaves cabral, watmore, ji and diakite without numbers. i would expect fletcher and johnson to be given higher profile squad numbers, #9 and#11 respectively. this still leaves us with vacant numbers, 1, 4, 12, 23, 21, 26, 27. fill yer boots with wild speculation fella
