Sky are being bastards as usual trying to drive BT sport out of business.

They are doing this by putting sky sports on pick TV every time BT sport have a PL game.

Swansea v Man U and Leeds - SW is on free TV this Saturday as is all SS from 9am to 8pm.
This should mean SS will also be on pick TV meaning both our games should be on there.

Its only on freeview though, not freesat but I believe its on the sky version of pick TV as well.

    Enjoy your free football!

Nothing new from Sky there, they're well-versed in the dark arts of grinding the opposition down...

I know but at least it has a positive side effect for us, not that they care about that, all they care about is a monopoly and fleecing their customers.

Still, ill be watching with a clean conscience as I wont be giving murdoch a penny.

Good news. I stopped my Sky Sports over the summer (and the movies which I find underwhelming) and was planning to go to a pub to watch the QPR games.

Most newer TVs have Freeview built-in, just flick through all your channels and you should come across it, it'll normally say 'subscription only' if you find it but will be accessible for the match...

It was stated previously they were doing it every time a BT game was on and theres a BT game on for both out games.

Obviously Sky arent going to advertise that openly as less people would subscribe. Its worth keeping an eye on but we wont know for sure until the EPG is listed.

The matches will be on the internets streams. Firstrow may have been banned but there are other streams out there.

Unfortunately, not true. Only free on Pick TV & Sky 2 on 17th August. One day only until 8pm.

If you want a decent stream, and I'm not advertising in particular, consider offsidestreams.com. £4 per month, but all Sky channels, BT Sport and ESPN. Its not perfect but pretty good.

No point paying for a stream when very good ones are free.

You have to turn it on every minute for an hour to see the football, but only when the seconds hit 00. Miss one and you have to start all over again!

A PM might convince me otherwise, but this is my site of choice for the moment. As I travel a lot, it's great to be able to rely on one source worldwide and for less than £4 and on any device, it's good.

I've tried all the others but if you know of anything I should look at, let me know :)
