    They were apparently the superior team against us so I'm not buying that one...

    I did a bit of quick research on the Betis starting XI yesterday.

    Around half of the team have not yet made their full debut (mainly new signings) - and their most recent 2 top scorers didn't play at all.

    Which explains their complete lack of penetration up front.
