In my eyes the club I supported no longer exists.

I wonder what will happen if we go down.

He's only done it because we've gone up.

I'd still be going if they renamed us Camberwick Green & we played in pink & purple.
Get real, without these guys we wouldn't have a club to complain about. Its 2013 and football & the world has changed. Cardiff now play in red, Arsenal & Man City play in stadiums sponsored by Middle Eastern companies, Chelsea are run by the Russians, Man Utd are American, wake up Luddites things change but stay the same, we'll still be complaining about not scoring enough goals third game in.

I've supported City since '85 & nothing would stop me from supporting the club. I remember the Great Escape under Joyce & I have to say that it was as exciting as last season, my friends used to ask me what would happen if we went bust & I always say that a new team would come up & be built & I would support them. Maybe there will be an uprising & a break away team like FC of Manchester will come along, would I stop supporting the professional team? No. After nearly 30 years of loyal support I won't turn my back on them now, whether I agree or not is obviously irrelevant to AA, whether protests change his mind or not remains to be seen. I will always call it Hull City, as will many others, I won't be changing my team at all. In fact I don't think I could even if I wanted to.

I'd still support if we moved to Melton, I just couldn't go to games anymore.

Everyone who i know always says if City played at the North pole i would find a way of getting there and its true although its a bit easier getting to the KC. I have been going sine the age of four and now forty five years later am still going hopefully i will always go until i die my parents still go sister, brother in law, now daughter. its in my blood i dont even think of just giving it up. After seeing some of the rubbish i have seen over the years then now is a great time to be a city fan and apart from this name change thing (and it will always be Hull city to me) then it is such a proud time to walk on this earth wearing Hull City colours

Whats worse a name change that we can all ignore anyway or a colour change as Cardiff. Black & Amber and the Tigers no big deal to me

Spoken like a true supporter ! Supported City, the Tigers for more years than I care to mention.

A lot of hot air blown around by plastic supporters ! Almost got to the point where we had no team to support.

Then tou could all go back to your first loves, Man U, Scouserpool, Spurs, et al ! Better off without all the "moaning minnies"

Remember Duffen was well liked by the supporters before that first premier league season and before it all went tits up.

    The Allam's aren't gods.

No its not the same, every body is confused about names anyway, for weeks we have seen arguments about FC or AFC or Hull City FC or whatever, nobody is confused with our colours Black & Amber.

Of course it's the same. Club name and colours is tradition. Neither should be touched, espcially on a whim of some rich bastard.

And it's him saying about taking the City bit of our name that is infuriating people the most.
