I like the american football idea, quite witty. I wonder if there is a cheapo version in poundland? We just need to make the Allams realise that tradition is more marketable than a name. There are plenty of ways to strengthen the fact we're 'The Tigers' without having to change our name!
I would be happy if you walked away ! They saved the club ! End of story ! What does it matter what we are called ?
Because it is only a small minority that are complaining, if you want to really do something about it put some money into the club and have a voice.
Try this then 1,141 supporters out of about 25,000 have signed the online petition, need I say anymore. Small Minority... yea nice one. have you been on twitter today? it's trending. WORLDWIDE like I said 1,141 supporters.
Everyone works at home on a Friday reading the Internet signing petitions. This is a ridiculous argument. It doesn't take much to work out what the view of the fans are this is about 90-95% against from what I've seen today. So according to you the majority are in favour? you are ****ing deluded.
We had an average of about 18,000 supporters last year firstly. Secondly what we would gain by the name change? If you can answer that with proof, evidence and statistics i may change my mind. We gain nothing from this move, financially or by any other means, its a way for Allam to prove he is in charge.
Think you'll find the majority couldn't actually give a ****. Don't worry, you'll have something else to whine about tomorrow. A bird will **** on your car or you'll realise that actually you're not as important as you think.
I think we just keep on singing Hull City songs and then stop buying stuff from the club shop. I though of buying my own sweat shirt and having something printed on it. Obviously cannot use the club badge but just plain old Hull City.
Check your trending preferences. Twitter by default will list trends that are aligned with your followers, who you follow and location, so might not be as worldwide as you think.
Why not parade a coffin to locked gates at the ground - that was a serious situation. This just doesn't compare.
As much as I love to attend a game, I would quite happily boycott matches though I do like the idea of throwing American Football's onto the pitch at Stamford Bridge. Should make them realise. The typical flags and banners, chants etc would be very useful at games too. This needs to be reversed in any way.
Check the text, I never mentioned Twitter, someone else did, all I mentioned was the petition online. Please stop picking on me
