anyone got theres yet i been told you should receive it no later than the 14th august its getting abit close still haven't got ours
they look nice - all have a special moment from our past across the top - not that i've got mine yet!
Well, as long as your postman comes at least once in the next 9 days, I wouldn't start panicking just yet. Do you work for Commercial Union, by any chance - you know, the ones who "don't make a drama out of a crisis"
I quite liked that away strip we had (light blue and white, as I recall?) where, for a donation to the academy (?) season ticket holders could have their names on the shirt somewhere. That was a classic piece of marketing
i was just wondering because our post around my street is slow even when i was getting a letter first class they turn up 4 days later. thats why i'm asking
You could always try ringing customer services at the club and get some clarification from them - I'm sure they'll be more help than anyone on here. If anyone on here says "I got mine two days ago" .... well, I dread to think what may happen
club has just told me season tickets by monday so that means we should get them today, tomorrow or saturday
It's just that I haven't seen any 'glass half empty' posts from 1950 for a few days and Andy seems to be 'tarred with the same brush!!!' Of course 1950 could just be away on holiday.
That Commercial Union ad, for those old enough to remember used the strapline "Commercial Union - we "don't make a drama out of a crisis" I think they used andy as their inspiration, much more so than 1950
My brother had his ticket arrive today for what it's worth, although official word from the club was by the 10th. They look very sharp and modern, and I was interested to find out that if you buy your seat for a cup game, they won't issue you with a paper ticket, it'll just be added onto your season ticket, which works like an Oyster card.
I got mine today. Has a picture of terry Bly scoring against Manchester United looks pretty cool First day of the season is going to be carnage though. No offence to some of the "good old boys" but some of them don't look too tech savvy to me and an RFID wireless card might prove tricky. Ill have to bypass my usual "spend as much time as possible in the pub and get to the game 2 seconds before kickoff" routine for one match I think.
I bet they will still charge £1.50 for the privilege of doing so, even though there is no need for postage now!
Only if you book it over the web/phone. If you go in the ticket office r one of their shops, then they can't!!!!
