The word "average" could have been invented just for him 5 years ago. The word "mediocre" could have been conceived for him a couple of years ago. The word "poor" could have been imagined for how he is now. The phrase "for the love of God no" adequately sums up my feelings.
just heard danny murphy is on his way to L.R, konchesky was a decent player, then hodgson bought him and took him to Liverpool, his wife upset the scousers with a tweet, surely he can still do a job in the championship
We hope its true, we want him off our wage bill. On his day he is very reliable and gets forward well. On other days he is rash in tackles and gets turned inside out by tricky wingers
Fellas I think Mark Pembridge can be tempted out of retirement if you fancy him as a replacement for Taarabt?
I think so but was barely used, Saha, Zamora and AJ up front is just a physio nightmare waiting to happen. Saha tore up the Championship over 10 years ago, would he do the same 10 years later? Doubt it.
He was once thought to be the Secret Footballer featured in the Guardian in 2011-12 - here's one response to that speculation: Not a chance, unless the column is submitted to the Guardian in crayon. My mate had to meet him through work and told me he is one of the thickest people he has ever met. http://www.whoisthesecretfootballer.co.uk/paul-konchesky/
