According to Mediaset, the midfielder has yet to give the green light for a loan move to Sunderland as he is also on the radar of the Merseysiders. The 25-year-old only joined the Italian club in January from Stuttgart, but his future at San Siro is in doubt – even if he featured in the 2-0 win over Genoa yesterday.
