hear me out. Verm is a crock, who's wanted by big teams, we're probably in the market for a CB anyway, so we could sell Verm, and just get 2 CB's instead of just the 1.
We desperately need a striker and DM, it is so blatantly obvious. The game changed when Arteta came on, at least he has a bit of nous about him. Ramsey is just amateur playing deeper and is no threat going forward.
It's interesting that Giroud was terrible until walcott and sagna came on - all of a sudden we had some real width and he came into the game more. Not saying we dont need another striker but he is good at what he does when used properly i think.
I thought he was still ****e when they came on, our real threat came from set pieces. We were like a classier Stoke today.
Stupidity - where are these 2 CBs coming from, we cant even find one that is for sale, and willing to come in as a reserve. Decent game. First half we were hamstrung with Jenks and Gnabry down the right, both of whom were poor. Second half Podolski tired and without left-footed Wilshere we had no threat down the left. Giroud wasn't as bad as everyone made out, Ramsey played well. First real run out for the defense, Rosicky very sharp, as good as I've seen him play. Cazorla still to come back. Still need a player or two - but not a million miles away here. Decent quality game.

Sanogo is a young player not sure why people are thinking he is the only striker we will bring in, i think it's very clear now we have always intended to and still intend to bring in a new striker. And i dont see why it shows little faith in Sanogo when we are so thin on striker options with the deadwood having been moved on or in the process of being moved on.
