Unlucky Nick, Have you been keeping up to date with the transfers/ friendlies? Seems playing under Mark Hughes might not be as bad as we first thought!
Sorry about that Nick after all your hard work but exams are not necessarily the best judge of knowledge of the subject I am sure that all of your friends on here will agree you are a gentleman and a scholar Best wishes SiS
Sorry to here that Nicky. Degrees etc are not the easiest to get through. You are intelligent, a gent and a scholar. Glad to see you posting again. Chin up and keep smiling.
Quite correct S.I.S. same thing happened to me mate... if you tried and did your best Nicky that is not failure. It took me a further 12 years before I could muster the where with all, the time, expense etc to do it all over and I passed.
Lady and Gentlemen, Many thanks for your thoughts, that has really bucked me up. Yup for all 7 assignments I averaged 73%, come the final exam 35%!!!! I completely and utterly lost the plot...bit like Pulis really. Anyway I can resit the finals so I will. I had another operation on my spine on 16 July, I officially had a screw loose...one of the screws had come adrift and was 'resting' on my sciatic nerve...ouch. Anyway, that's my excuse for not posting. So, for once, there seems to be a really positive vibe about the Brit and on here. No full backs for 7 years then 2 come along at once. Hughes certainly appears to be getting people 'onboard', both on and off the pitch, It certainly is about time. It is interesting to see what Norwich, Swansea and Cardiff are up to, that Wolfswinkle seems a cracking playing from what I've seen. He certainly p'ees off the opposition. SIS. Really sorry to hear of your woes, they put other peoples problems into perspective. Let's just hope that there is some justice in this world. Thanks again for the good wishes folks. Be back soon Nick
Aye, exams are always baws, not once in my life have I ever been in a real-world situation anything like an exam, assignments are a far better test of ability.
