This mixed with a tight defence should give us a decent chance of staying up!

I fancy Graham to get 10-15 and Aluko to get about 8.

 

I reckon Graham with 12, Aluko with 7 and Sagbo 6.

 

Someone that we haven't signed yet hopefully, still looking a bit thin on the ground when it comes to a real striker

Based on that list, I would have put a cheeky bid in for Le Fondre.

 

If graham scores more than 8 by Christmas, then Sunderland will recall in Jan just to scupper our chances.

If this happens then we will finish in or around the Europa League placings. I think you're living in cloud cuckoo land if you think we'll score this many. I hope you're right though, but I wouldn't bet anything on it. Your tally above puts us on 60 odd goals and only 6 teams scored that many last season.

As for guessing the goals then ideally we need one player to hit double figures with a couple around 5-6 and then others chipping in with the ones and twos.

Stoke stayed up despite scoring only 34 goals whereas Wigan went down with an additional 10 goals scored.

In recent history Blackpool have gone down despite scoring 55. Our record tally is 39. We need to beat that number with a reasonable amount of clean sheets and not conceding more than 60 to have a chance.

I'd have a couple of quid on Sagbo getting the double figures for what it is worth

 

I think Aluko will be our top scorer; he's the most creative player we have and has a good range of finishing, from both afar and close up.

Maybe he'll get 10. I don't know, it's really hard to guess. I don't know what Sagbo plays like, so I can't really predict whether he'll score loads or none at all. We've always struggled for goals, so I can't bring myself to say we've got a 15-20 goal a season striker at the club. I think we'll see a general spread across the squad, with Brady, Meyler, Quinn and Elmo chipping in a few.

 

Oh yes they can, we paid fees for Gulasci, Amos and Elmohammady and they all ended up being recalled.
