    The problem with travellers is that they don`t. When they eventually move, they leave a trail of sh1t and corruption behind them, which you and me pay to clear up. We`re too soft with these wasters.

    True. I live at the top of a slope overlooking the Thames. There's a patch of grass right at the bottom of the slope/hill, and they turned up there.

    After three days they were moved on by riot police, but there was sh!t everywhere.

    They then returned to burn out a car and set fire to trees nearby.

    how can they be called Travellers? the whole problem with them is they travel nowhere, they set up camp and there they stay.Most of thier caravans dont even have wheels

    Strictly speaking diddycoys are mixed-blood gypsies, i.e. not pure Romany. Pure blood Romany families would often blame their reputation for being a bit crooked on the diddycoys.

    Incidentally, the term "mush" is a Romany word, meaning bloke or geezer.
