    According to Llambias, Owen was on a wage of £133k per week whilst he was at the club and was even offered a one year extension worth £140k per week.

    This just proves the poor way that the club's finances were handled under FFS's reign.

    he was a class act 8 or so years ago but a broken man now and wont get more than 10 a season. he is there for the cash and nothing else. he cost us a fortune! and to say we are a poor teams a jok if he had been in any sort of form or been arsed when he played we may not have been ''poor''. what a twat

    Had somewhere in the region of £40 Million out of us FFS.

    As FFS said may have been a poor team but he left a rich man, as well as all Geordies thinking he is a complete self centred money grabbing TWAT.

    Think of the players we could have brought in with £40 million had we not had this ****ing bed warm in the treatment room!!!!!
