Hate hearing of these young athletes passing away like this, such a short life, cannot help but think of his family and friends. R.I.P Christian................
I posted some you tube stuff of a guy called John Sitton a few months back, a fantastic guy to listen to(he was the guy that never worked in football again after a documentary about Orient FC was shown on TV and he sacked a player at halftime) Anyway, listening to some of his interviews(they are a must see for any football fan) he mentioned that fitness levels are so high and the athletes are so fine tuned that he reckoned we will see a lot more of these types of things in football,yet again Sitton seems to be spot on! he was saying that the demands on modern footballers are so high that the body is bein pushed to unprecedented levels,compared to athletics where they build up to specific competitions,footballers are at the limit for 11 months of the year taking in up to 60 games in a season,he was saying that commercial pressures are so great nowadays that its actually going to real damage to th e players in tme. I cant speak highly enough of this guy, another prediction he made back in March was that Wigan would win a cup and get relegated !! spooky ! the guy works as a taxi driver now having been black balled by people inside football due to how he came across in the Orient Documentary ...
