his confidence is down the pan like, sticking to what he knows, i.e. looks to cut inside then go down the line instead of trying new things. this makes defenders lives easy, don't think i saw him skin one player last season where anything came from it. but if you remember his first game for us v blackburn i think with his first touch he was away from the defender and had put a fantastic cross into the box. shows what a bit of confidence can do for you. but for me unless he actually does something in the first half of the season he'll be gone by january if he isn't sold this summer.
