Warhawk. And it can be picked up for £3 these days.
Awesome game with a dedicated online community and the aeroplane dogfights are unreal!

The first one was too repetitive, other than that though, agree entirely!

Can't get into CoD etc. 'cause you need to dedicate too much time to getting good in order to play online, otherwise its just tedious - being killed over and over.

Red or Dead Redemption has to be my favorite game for the playstation to date!

    Battlefield + friends = great fun :D

CoD + friends = "WHO STOLE MY KILL??" "YOU'RE ****" and then one team completely rolling out insults to the other team because you are playing Hardcore Search and Destroy and you can't be bothered muting them.

Gears of War + friends = Fight to the death for the sniper <laugh>

    Assassin's Creed Brotherhood ending.... ermmm....
    Online is alright though :D

The greatest thing about call of duty was riot shielding. We just used to get a team of 6 go on sabotage and hide in a room with the bomb. Greatest fun we ever had

RDR was my favourite game of this generation too, got it a day early and spent about three days playing it straight until I finished the storyline.
Still not picked the Zombie one up yet though, which is odd considering I love zombies!

Forgot to add for Warhawk you can play split-screen online, can't think of a game other than Halo which still does that (big thing for me if there's one of my mates round as most offline multiplayer games don't have bots anymore).

I do COD black ops on the xbox as rokkudan6!

i get slaughtered every nikght by 10 year old geeks!

could probably do with a couple of team-mates who don't just run around randomly getting slotted every 10 secs like i do!

battlefield sounds good i may have to invest in that!

Aye Battlefield is good, I need to invest in the latest one too. Funnily enough all the features (or the vast majority) that Activision are trying to sell as an add-on for the next COD are already free on Battlefield.

Never played Battlefield, was never into CoD but did buy Black Ops purely to play Zombies online with some mates. Don't mind the game but the Solo mission is too short and easy.

Agree with the F1 comments, it's too easy. I bought it the other day and found it a piece of piss on medium so stuck it on hard and even in a Virgin Cosworth i still qualified on pole.

My solo game crashes when on the rooftops somewhere as the characters won't follow me out of this window despite having killed everyone so the story won't progress. Never played it since, I'm the same, only touch Black Ops for the Zombie missions, but prefer the WaW zombie ones tbh.

    Has anyone played LA Noire?

Was very tempted to get it, but held back due to exams/revision and now have zero cash 'cause I've just had to hand over close to £200 to the trainline to get to an induction day in London. Its for my trip to Uganda but I'm gunna be the one in poverty the way things are going!

AAAAAANYWAY, my sister is signed up to love film, so might get her to rent it for me if its worth a play?

I've heard good reviews, but it's not really my thing, i like GTA style games where as this is a completely different thing.

Neither, a game of 5-a-side or the pub.

Really? I thought it was just GTA and the Godfather mixed? Rockstar made RDR and that was similar just with cowboys?

Nope, there is a couple of shoot out moments but basically it's a massive computer game version of CSI.

I've heard mixed reviews, most my mates have traded it in and are waiting for Duke Nukem next week.
Played a little myself and there's no real side missions & it's not really a true free-roam (you're always with your partner), cars miraculously stop before running you over, pedestrians always manage to get out the way, you can't catch people until the game wants you to (in chases) and you can't just get your gun out. Amazing graphics though.
I think if you take it as it is, a game designed and developed by a Team Bondi and not a Rockstar GTA/RDR style game you might like it, but GTA in the '40s it ain't.
