Dodgy knee I think. Hasn't stopped him scoring for Burnley though and may reduce the fee if we want to take a risk.
Safe to say we need him. But we need much more than just him. We are lacking badly in all areas attacking wise.
Charlie Austin went to Burnley because of Eddie Howe (then Burnley boss and now back at Bournemouth). Howe was after him at Bournemouth and would have developed him into a top class player. Austin has family in Poole and there were runours in local paper that Bournemouth were after him again - however only rumours. The boy knows how to score goals. If we re lucky enough to sign him, then he will score us goals. With Zamora, AJ and maybe Remy still around, the boy can learn alot...plus I also believe he has a new baby so the appeal of being near to family in the south rather than north may help. No disrespect to Hull, but I for one cannot see them staying up - maybe the appeal of playing with Harry (who also has links with the South also appeals.
I'd trust your thoughts rather than mine Stainsey. I haven't got the faintest idea where I got the idea that it was he knee from.
Yep, could well be. If he gets the green light after his check-up, trust Harry will keep his trap shut until contracts are signed
