Is sess having an off day or are city keeping him quiet, cant quite work it out?

 

Cabral was excellent first half. Altidore struggling a bit against very good city defenders. Sess not in the game but we are playing a high pressing game. Held our own against city. Created only half chances really. City look food on the break. You'd expect them to create chances. We are unlucky to be 1 down.

 

I've taken my beer into the garden, not listening to that moron

 

Larsson has gone missing again, but still promising signs in that half on a dreadful pitch.

 

Build up dying in the final 3rd then. If we get a goal I can see us taking this, but we need to score soon!

 

Got to say a bit of both. Playing a lot more long balls which is not going to suit his game.

Altidor won't get the winner the way we are playing, no balls in to him, crosses are crap, back to normal I am afraid, Di canio should have started Mclean, Vaughn Cabral and brought on Sess, Gainccherini Karlsson in the second half, we are playing a very good team though on a crap pitch. Are we up for one match then down for the next like last season? I hope not.

we are doing well against a top, top team of v. talented players. weak points we know are in mid (Larsson) and FBs getting done by their excellent wingbacks and wide players. I've give my right arm for FBs of Zabalettas quality.

anyway, on to the 2nd half.
