    A trip up to Colwyn Bay could net us Ade Akinbiyi. See what response that gets - lol.

    Disappointed in Davies and moreover very disappointed in the club for letting him go in the first place.

    SOD doesn't want to play with wingers, so fine, Adomah can go, but we're now holding out for money we wont get for him cuz he actually ain't all that good. Blackpool come in with an offer of 25p and a bottle of Tizer for arguably our most important player, and we bite their hand off. I simply don't understand the logic here at all, or the seeming lack of ambition from the club. Booo !!!!!!!!!

    I agree Angelic. How can we just give davies away for 500k but the player wanted to go, Just wished that we would of played hardball and got at least 700-800k for him.

    Yet again we prove that we are not very good at the business of football. Trouble ahead.

    Answer = 3 words

    OFF THE WAGEROLL - we can probably get 2 or maybe even 3 replacements for his money

    Did anyone seriously expect him to stay, we all (or most) say he's quality, certainly too good for this division so why the angst..?

    I am seriously surprised that we still have Baldock and Cunningham if I am honest so I am counting my blessings if they stay - not sure where anyone got the sale price of £500k fromn anyway as it was an "undisclosed fee"

    Pool have paid what has been described as a substantial fee that is what it says in the Blackpool Gazette so it is guess work as to what that fee was we know that it had to be above 350K which was described as derisory but that is all we know at the moment Blackpool and City do not like saying how much they spent or got back in transfer fees unless it was remarkable like a huge gain which in this case is highly unlikely.
