The short term cash flow issue that Arsenal suffered after the Emirates development was aleviated by the sale of the Highbury flats. The long term debt that funded the build is being paid back at around £20m per year, and it's obvious from their annual profits that this debt is not causing them an issue. LFC DO NOT have £60m cash reserves, that's utter ****e. They have a funding agreemnt in place that allows them to borrow in excess of that, but it's not akin to Arsenal's £123m CASH RESERVES. i.e.. earned & accrued cash at hand.
