Bizarrely the Man U game has us starting with 10 men, unsurprising considering the refs do their best to make sure that happens ASAP. Im saying hes **** up front but decent at RW, hes scored those goals from RW so that doesnt mean Im wrong.
The whole squad have been ****e for 2 years TF needs to grow a backbone and tell Arry certain players are staying put Mackie Adel DJ Letting all of these go very stupid when we haven't actually signed any replacements?!?! I can't see Remy playing for us. Another club will come in I'm sure of it
Stop splitting hairs flyer, I couldn't give a monkeys where he plays as long as he scores and at championship level he like DJ has a proven track record Madness to get rid of the hard working decent rangers hard core That's why I find TF's twitter bollix so pathetic Who is harder working and the soul of the club than mackie Derry or clint?
Redknapp's turning into a bit of a curse for the Club. The last thing we can afford is to alienate the players who have actually fought tooth and nail for the Team - yet this is precisely what HR is doing. I know who I'd prefer to stay.
I hope he stays, he has a good attitude on the pitch and has goals in him, what else can you ask for?
Both his goals last season came when he played upfront. Against United and Villa. He's not technically good enough to play on the right wing, and he's stated in the past it isn't his favoured nor natural position. The guy has always played upfront when he was at Plymouth and Exeter. I'm not suggesting he's a prolific marksmen by any stretch but 8 goals in the first 7 league games 3 seasons ago proves he's not too bad. Who knows what he could have got to before his injury.
I thought the Cisse - Mackie partnership had potential. Mackie full of endeavour and running, Cisse the goal-poacher. Could have been good, perhaps.
If he goes I will miss him, although maybe not for long. His attempts to control that bar of soap in front of him have been hilarious at times, but no one can fault his work ethic, desire or determination. Some of our more "talented" stars could learn a great deal from him.
On the Offish now that the club have accepted his transfer request. A great pro and a good character, I for one am gutted to see him go.
Whilst Mackie may not be the most gifted, he couldnt work any harder than he does. We do have some players who are much more gifted than Mackie, but I know who I'd want in my side when the chips are down and we're battling in the Championship. A sad, sad day as far as I'm concerned. The souls being taken out of our club and all we'll be left with is the dross who dont care, but was cant get rid of. I will still be there each week though waiting for the good times to return. Which they will but it'll take some time.
Ok thats it, my support for Redknapp is over. All we have heard this summer is "the right attitude", "a worker", "gives his all" blah blah blah. Wearing thin now. However good/bad people think Mackie is he is EXACTLY the sort of player we need to be keeping and playing in the team. I have had enough of this now. Playing Hoilett, SWP, Mbia, Granero, Park ahead of Mackie is plain stupid imo. None of them offer what Mackie does in terms of work rate. Clearly the staff must be doing something wrong if Mackie wants to leave, but they keep saying they want the hard workers in the squad. We are left with bloody Shaun Wright-Phillips now on the right wing.
No, we'd be fighting to stay in League One. He wants to play every week, Harold won't let him, good luck to him he deserves more simply through attitude.
That's gone way over my head- are you suggesting Mackie isn't good enough for a bottom half league 1 side?
