Listen guys I have heard that we are seriously going to get either Sylan Ebanks Blake or Billy Sharpe once Chopra slings his hook!

Darren Bent is not gonna come here for the money we are going to offer..!

Billy Sharpe would be great, a couple of seasons of chasing finally coming off...<fingerstoes&eyescrossedsmiley>

I have from 2 different sources this morning about the Billy Sharp thing, but both said roughly the same thing which is a good news, bad news.

yes once we dump Chopra this could be a goer, Southampton are interested in one of our players and want a preference to use Billy Sharp and another player to broker the deal, We want Billy Sharp plus cash. Now it doesn't take a genius to work out who our player is considering the value involved and i presume the other player southampton want to give can play in the same position, Mick though want to get a player who he has previously worked with with some of the cash plus have a little more spare for wages/another transfer.

Like i say, 2 different people roughly the same story make of that as you will. but its not a goer unless we get what we want and chopra goes.

    possible his arm Dundee
If its true, swapping Billy Sharp for Chopra would be worthy of hero worship status for MM.
it would be a fantastic deal.
I may even begin to get optimistic!

If your right I cant see this happening, Cressy is gonna have a real good season this year, just got a good feeling about him.!
I would imagine cressy is one of the last players MM would want to lose....SEB it is then.!

like i say hoppers, pinch of salt with everything you hear and i can't see us having the funds to pay for sharp outright. so when i heard this it made sense, and if southampton wanted to send a LB our way like Danny Fox it only confirms it, plus these rumours about Stephen Ward keep cropping up.

I'd take SEB if the sharp thing didn't come off. He's proven in the league. Last thing we want and I'm convinced MM wouldn't authorise it is the loss of cressy in the deal.

" I said not long after the season ended I wouldn't mind seeing Jamie o' hara as that possible skill player. "

Are you on drugs, why the HELL would we want that clown!?

Also, how on earth could we afford him? He's on £30.000 plus wage wise!

He is a major waste of talent, and sums up what is wrong with the typical today English footballer. Zero effort, too much money, pretty gf, not interested etc.

I would rather quite frankly have CHOPRA back who at least despite his off the pitch antics/problems etc actually tried on the pitch, and that is saying something! Not that I want that clown back 1%, I'm delighted he's gone.

You don't rate him then westy. Lol. Certainly wasn't aware he was on 30 k a week. Point taken on the couldn't afford that. That's plainly obvious.

Sky seems to think we are in the process of finalising the Tunnicliffe deal now. Loan until Jan is being suggested

Yeah. Point made. And coming out with comments like that is asking for trouble. It's a stress I'd happily try. I don't get that a year.
