Will it be the same? Will others be given a chance? If it stays the same you have to fancy it's pretty close to his starting 11. I would like to see Ba given a start ahead of Larrson. Maybe resting Wes Brown from 2 games in 4 days. What do you think?
I think it will be similar as PDC wants to win this tournament and it will be a good help to our club for publicity in that part of the world if we do actually win the tournament the thing I want to know is will this be our last friendly? Surely we need another 1 maybe 2 against good opposition
When i seen mannone I thought 'Sh*t' but tbf he had a canny game apart from the pitch helping him balls up a kick… Westy must ask for a transfer though if he doesnt get a game...
Westwood Gards - Wes - JOS - Jack AJ - - - Cabs-----Giacc Karlsson--Jozy---Sess Although he will pick Mannone, who was excellent yesterday. Bin Seb out, Cabs can do double the graft That looks a cheeky attacking team eh?
I'd like Westie to start this one. We'll know a lot more about just how over his injury Brown is. If he starts I'll be very very happy. Sporting Lisbon on August 5 and then SC Braga on August 7.
Id like to see a few changes personally. Id like to see Roberge get a run out at left back and Cuellar at right back. Westwood to get start too. Colback next to Cabral in centre midfield
Agree with OP. Brown to step down. Larsson did his usual very little. Once he's out of the side he'll struggle to get back in. And Westie has to play some part or it's 100% that he doesn't start No 1 . Although Mannone did look OK.
Westwood in, Cuellar at rb with Gardner next to Cabral in the middle. I woukd like to see Ba and Karlsson get a run out again too.
To be fair i would never wanna see Cueller any where near full back, same as JOS. I would put Westy in goal, drop Brown for Roberge for the simple fact 2 games in such a space of time may be a bit much considering he has been out over a year, and drop Larsson for Ba.
Whoever comes in could have a lot of work to do " Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini explained holding back two of his new boys for last night's win over South China in Hong Kong. Stevan Jovetic, a £22.4m buy from Fiorentina, and another new boy Jesus Navas were left on the bench as they only joined up with the squad on Monday. Chilean Pellegrini said: “We’ll see in the next few days with David Silva, Aguero and Jovetic as well. “There were four important players who didn’t play today. Maybe two or three could play on Saturday. " Game on
Like to see a strong team, but in the friendlies, Watmore could play up front with Ji. The Man c game will be a real test though.
Game on indeed. I reckon Man City will be taking this seriously as of course will PDC. I fully expect them to field a very strong side, and, if they do, I will take it as a huge compliment.
I think they will, they lost their other friendlies. Should be a good game with both teams going for it. We will have a better idea as to how the coming season will pan out. Just bought my tickets for Fulham - Haway the lads
