Yeah, sure. So Wanyama, who does look decent, has gone to a team expected to fight relegation in the Premiership. When was the last time one of your players went to a good team in the Premiership? No, Scott McDonald, Barry Robson, McManus, to name just a few, were all playing for the mighty Celtic and were highly rated before going to the Championship and looking out of their league. Celtic are Championship level, the rest of the SPL are League One level, deal with it. There is a reason why it's only the likes of us and Norwich that are interested in him, because he hasn't proved himself at the top level. No other Premiership club is interested, not even Cardiff who were willing to spend £8m on Ince. That being said, I'm sure he'll score goals for us in the Championship and I hope we sign him. Given the choice though, I'd rather have Austin at half the money.

Harry Redknapp not expecting any hitches in QPR's bid for Celtic's Gary Hooper QPR manager Harry Redknapp does not expect to encounter any late hitches after agreeing a deal to sign striker Gary Hooper from Scottish champions Celtic. Redknapp believes 25-year-old Hooper can fire QPR to promotion after the disappointment of last season's relegation from the Premier League. Hooper has netted 82 goals in three years for Celtic and came off the bench as they eased into the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of Cliftonville on Tuesday night. Redknapp said: "It looks like it's on its way to being done. Negotiations have gone well. "He's a finisher. He'll score goals in the Championship; I'm absolutely certain of that. "He's gone to Celtic; one of the biggest clubs in the world and he's scored goals. He's scored goals in the Champions League. "He's in the last year of his contract, so it's a good deal for everybody. It's good for Celtic to get the kind of money they are getting and hopefully it will be a great deal for QPR. "If he can come here and get 25 goals next season, then we will have a real chance of getting out of the division. "I think Gary is capable of reaching that sort of target. I totally agree with everything you say, when did I ever claim otherwise? I've never said we are going to be in the CL any time soon. My point is that your claim that his 3 goals against Helsinki and Moscow prove he is top class, which is ridiculous. And I agree about him coming to us for the money, which is why I wouldn't be too bothered if he didn't, we've had enough if them recently. I think my comments have been quite clear and you're just deliberately taking offence with them because I haven't seen any evidence of your favourite players amazing ability.
I can see room for complete disagreement as such. Yes, money is no doubt helpful ......... but, maybe he can see a great opportunity to take this opportunity in the Championship with a pro-active club who are looking to bounce straight back into the Premier league. If he plays his part, he scores many goals, we win many games and we get promoted, simple. He has then achieved his goal ............. get to the PL whilst being on song in the goal-scoring department, which highlights his efforts and his value. Of course, I could be completely deluded but I'm comfortable with that ................ I'm an Queens Park Rangers fan and football life is never simple with us.
