OMG its a friendly but I am buzzing. If we had lost (game not over yet) I would have played it all down but cant help getting excited at this performance. I need to calm down. Following other peoples comments seems like fitness is up already.

Excellent game today, every player did great. Altidore a little unlucky but hopefully he will finalise his finishing before kick-off against Fulham. Exciting times ahead, ha'way the lads! <3
Was just about to say the young Scandi kid looks decent, only watched the 2nd half. Spurs looked flat and disinterested, as well as unfit. Sunderland looked well prepared and decent going forward. Nobody looked amazing but that pitch was pathetic, might as well have played the match on a scrap heap. Altidore needs to forget those misses straight away, if he dwells on them that won't do him any favours he was getting in good positions and looks like a handful. Nice to see Wes Brown back too.
Very impressive! All the new lads looked good but only worry is altidore but early days. Even sess plawmwed well but normally starts slow! Brown was the big bonus!
Did nothing wrong, made couple really good saves, guy deserves a chance, maybe has a previous rep for the odd changer but if he performs best he gets the slot
Listening to the build up all TF could say was negative about us so stick it where the sun don't shine Trevor Francis. Best Comment from him was when he said he couldn't believe we sacked O'Neil. What a TWONK! 3-1 Love it. FTM
