Only a friendly but we look all over the place, can't string more than 3 passes together so far.

Terrible - Only a Pre-season match but seriously. We look abysmal.

Why do we swing crosses in all the time? We only have one striker on the pitch and have technical players like Ben Arfa and Cabaye, we should be threading through balls not looking to hit the by-line. Get those two in to advanced positions for crying out loud.

Nice to see we are still pumping free kicks from our own half via our keeper on the diagonal.

Only a friendly but frustrating as hell to watch...why is Sissoko wide right???

And our usual pre-season scuffle occurs. Colo sent off. Stupid.

As least Pardew now has his excuse for us lacking any kind of shape.

The most worrying thing about tonight so far - Tiote acting as peacemaker in that Colo melee.

Not the fact that Colo will now be banned for 3 games.

After watching that, regardless of it being a friendly I think that the fact we're all worrying about a lack of signings has overshadowed how poor we've become under Pardew.

Now this isn't an overreaction because it is only a friendly, but once again nobody seemed to know what they were suppose to be doing and there didn't seem to be a game plan other than the old knock it long or give it to HBA and hope for the best. Every time he gets the ball the other players, Shola, Sammy, Sissoko are just static, there is nobody making a Kieron Dyer type run from deep in behind the opposition defence.

What is Colo playing at? Just moronic getting involved. I can accept poor performances or defeats in pre season, but getting involved in that **** is straight out of the book of mong.

I think it is but they often go in nowadays.

Poor form in pre season is meaningless. Man U, Man C, West Ham, West Brom etc have all thrown in shockers so far and looked very poor in doing so. Its not important. Potentially losing your captain and best player through idiocy is though and is not good enough. Hopefully there will be mercy or at least that will be his one for the season out the way.
