Yes it was, one of the greatest pieces of opportunistic riding you will ever witness. I was very impressd by ONE TERM Nass, saw them all off one by one and for a first time chaser he jumped very accurately and quicly. That wasn't a bad field and all bar one have been beaten out of sight. Looks one to follow.
He started dodgy, which made me think that he has plenty more to come, once AP asked him after the second fence to take a cut at them, he warmed to the task really nicely. Big horse too, probably still a bit more to come.
I got the feeling that AP could have ridden him clear from 3 out whenever he wanted. Looking after his mark and giving him a good education.
Great ride by Ruby. Never gave up even when he looked beat before the last. Hope you had BOG as it drifted before the off too.
Seen a couple of his late races just didnt think that would happen in that field lol ap is on form at the mo aswell I wouldn't have put big money on the racenot even on ap I am trying out a different technique on different races but I have to put small bets on to make sure I get the right results which is why the write up was not like last nights
He will win next time, he travelled like a much better horse than his mark. They got interfered with a bit and Kirby asked him to pick up too soon and it looked like he blew up. Interesting gamble.
Stick - trainers view on the o'regan horse (on atr at lunchtime) was that Vaughans horse was the one to fear he expected his own to come on massively for the run/experience as has only done 5 bits of work! I was already on but thought the pedigree report would get it home.
Evening all - some great winners here over the last few weeks. On a side issue does anyone (maybe Princess) know if there is anything wrong with the Cecil website as all current form / engagements have not been updated for weeks even before the great man passed away ?? Going for Catflap in the last with me last tenner in the Corals account.
