With the squad we have today should we be looking at playing 5 3 3

The back 3 from left to right of Warnock - Lees - Peltier, this would allow White & Byram to play with more freedom as wing backs.

Let Green play the holding role with Austin and Murphy linking with attack.

Up front McCormack and Hunt could provide options including extra width to support the 6' 4" Smith.

Just a thought based on what we have, as it sounds like the diamond is not working.

In all seriousness, I haven't seen many sides make the back 3 formation work. Although didn't Peterborough use it last year when they hammered Millwall 5-1? <laugh>

I like to dedicate this award to all the Millwall fans, for their endless and selfless abandonment of their own board in-order to support me in this difficult time, it is warmly appreciated lads.

Without you this level of stupidity would have seemed too impossible to achieve, you are my inspiration!
