Thats not what you said, dipshit.

You claimed we've spent more than anyone which isn't true.

    What league are you in?

Proud has says he doesn't want to go back to Watford.

You disagreed with him. And are now telling us he has said he wants to play in the Premier League? But you're Championship, right?

Not Premier League? So he doesn't want to go back to you?

    <doh> My word...

Let me just get this straight here...

If our owners decided to use some of their wealth to also buy someone like Lazio, and we immediately signed 8 players (with more to follow) on free transfers, you would not have a single problem with it, and it would be perfectly acceptable?

Very acceptable. It is inside the rules so there can be no complaint. Jealous my team had not thought of doing it, but that is life. I would also be jealous of a team that could open its bank account and spend a lot of money on players and still have cash at the end of the day. What I do not understand is how the owners of football teams can spend huge amounts when neither they nor the clubs have this money, if you or I behaved like that we would soon arrive in court - like Portsmouth FC have.

How would that be reducing your wage bill by £10M?

Don't you think this preoccupation that Leicester fans have with Watford FC is getting a bit boring? Why don't we agree to disagree.

Let Watford fans look forward to an exciting season whilst Leicester fans can ask Knockaert if they can borrow his box of tissues!!

We are decreasing the pressure on transfer fees and wages as we are not paying inflated fees and wages like most other teams. We are protecting the long term viability of the club as we are not increasing our debt year after year, we are reducing it and taking steps towards becoming profitable, thats the aim of all this. Making the club financially stable. Dont forget the pozzos have done this with Granada and Udinese already. We are also settling our liabilities in the process. Nit bad for cheating bastards.

Owners worth doesnt come into the FFP! You could be owned by someone worth £100 billion or £20, it makes no difference, they are now prohibited from throwing their cash at the venture like Abramovich, the Man City owners and many others have done.

Yeh, the more the merrier. If your owners had read the rules they would know it was allowed.

For those who still think its cheating, let me point out that after INTENSE scrutiny the FA and the FL have both ratified all of the transfers. Do you really think they would do that if we had broken the rules? Or are you really deluded or thick?

Vydra has said he wants to play in the premier but he has never said he doesn't want to come back to Watford. Unless a big bid comes he will be returning as our owners want promotion this season and Vydra would play a big part in Watford achieving this.

We have watched for years teams like you and Cardiff splashing the cash like it's no tomorrow not caring about the consequences of building up huge debts. We at Watford have been in debt too but have had for many years one of the lowest wage bills in the championship and have had to build a team full of cast offs with a few young players thrown in to make up numbers. We were a little envious perhaps but never resorted to the amount of vitriol we have encountered over the last few months.

No one is stopping you or others to have arrangements with overseas teams, Reading for example are due oto link up with Juventus but unfortunately now the loans loophole has closed by voting fora rule change it means you have shot yourself in the foot and can't bring in as many loans as you could last year.

We have never been envious of others achieving success but it seems you guy's have a problem with a perceived smaller club like us finding a solution to achieving long term improvement without breaking the bank.

Anya signed. 9 from Udine/Granada. Oh, and Recce Brown (released from Man U) - is that one OK?

Well we can definitely afford our current wage bill, but I imagine we could get in line with FFP if we sold George Taft to Lazio for £10m. <ok>

Just shift some cash about to make Leicester the profitable one, like.

And that appears to be where your problems in understanding lie. You have obviously decided what the transfer value of each player is, rather than realising a) that it is down to the two clubs involved to reach an agreement on the value of contracted players, and b) that out-of-contract players change clubs without the need for any such agreement - ie no transfer fees are involved. A little research will tell you which category each of our signings falls into a) now and b) when they signed for Udinese in the first place - many cost nothing to buy, having allowed their contracts with previous clubs to run down, and therefore can be moved on at no cost.

Just to save you the bother too, of today's new signings, Brown cost nothing as he was out of contract at Man U and Anya was a free transfer from Granada. :)

So all of these players are worth nothing, and were available for anyone to come along and sign for free, but they all happened to choose Watford?

Is that difficult for you to understand. Watford are in the shop window of Udinese. They saw a lot of players having fun, playing good football and achieving success here last year. They now want to be part of going that one step further. To them Watford is no risk as the Pozzos own them so they know what to expect. Do you seriously believe that if Leicester or any other club made the Pozzos an offer they could not refuse then they would have turned it down. No - because they are business men and look to maximise the value of their assets. The Pozzos know that their players will be worth more if they are successful with us this year - and will then command higher fees.

Vydra would like to play in the Premiership but clearly what his agent thinks he is worth is more than the Prem clubs valuation. Who would bet against him returning to Watford and getting into the Prem next year either with us or by a transfer - he is young and improving.

Come on Leicester fans and look at yourselves - see a little bit of Green do you ? You are not really concerned about FFP or valuations or anything like that - you are just jealous that your rich owner is not "on the ball"

Two more signed permanent deals for Watford this morning, Anya (most improved loan player last year) & Reece Brown.

Is there no end to this good news!!! All we need now is to sign Vydra for a sub's place.

Makes the 'loans not coming back' predictions from some LCFC fans look rather silly.

Had you known about them, that could well have been the case. But you didn't so it isn't and now you'll never know...:)

You too seem to be having problems with the terms 'value', 'transfer fee' and 'out-of-contract'.....
