Sparky seems to making "friends".... Danablu (Div 2: 3rd) UP 9 Much better from Dana who clearly took my advice from last time and grabbed the four CS needed to boost up a somewhat solid but unspectacular previous effort. Unfortunately, met an inform Sparky in the playoffs and went out with a whimper in the semi’s but it was still a much improved season from Dana. Now he has to push on and repeat this performance to put him in the 2nd tier mix once again. Daibush (Div 2: 15th) After two intermittent seasons, the first aim for Dai will be to nail down a consistent season to give him the best chance of competing in the second tier. He can take inspiration from Danablu’s effort this season and also former Wooden Spoon winner JH who turned it round completely. Turns out the finishing last could be lucky?
Blue sheep can i join the league, my missionary work on this forum is not finished should take this season to complete Is Daibush from the old 606 still around on here
All closet Cardiff fans welcome i expect missionary or on top ........................ count me in sheep...;O) JH
Mabbs - it's up to Sheepy, but I'd like to have you in our league as a Swansea fan. Mind you, you'd have to start from our Conference division because of your administrations.............
Sure Mabs, on one condition.... You take it with a bit of seriousness - I don't want to be entering Cardiff 0 - Stoke 5 every week John Hughes (Div 1: 12th) UP 28 A remarkable success story for the infamous JH in this year’s competition. Just 6 months after finishing bottom of the entire league setup and collecting the 11/12 Wooden Spoon, JH marched to the Christmas promotion slot and continued to fly to safety in the Top Flight. A remarkable turnaround from 8 points to 41 and a record breaking jump of 27 places across the two divisions. However, there is still some questions over JH’s consistency and he will be keen to answer this problem to secure a Top Flight place over the coming season.
no problem blue sheep it will taken with the utmost seriousness. Oldsparky is trying to slow up my march to the title by trying to talk you into giving me a minus ten start before we have started, do not listen to him
The Masked Man (Div 1: 3rd) UP 2 How to improve on a 5th place finish? Masked did well to nearly break the Top 4 last year but at the half way point this year he languished in 13th. A remarkable second part saw he climb up the league and break into the Top 4, nipping Glam on the final day to secure third and a spectacular finish. A good start in the coming season and you can’t rule out Masked for title honours. Dave_Jones_Rhondda (Div 1: 14th) DWN 1 Another solid season for DJ as he moved well clear of the drop and was mostly in the fight for a Top Ten finish until a short absence took that away. The main problem for DJ is bagging all three of the points, and despite getting one on the opening day Spammers win two years ago, it was a big fat zero this year. With a crucial season coming up this year, DJ could do with a three pointers to see him away from the drop and into the top half.
