    Great great sketch. Having worked in sales for many many years, I have seen this exact dichotomy, where designers are buzzing about a new product launch, but no one's thought about the importance of educating my staff that are the ones in front of customers seeking to sell the features and benefits.

    Great talent, great loss. I spotted him once in the early 90's when I was driving up the Shepherd's Bush Road to a match. He was driving down in his Rolls Royce (I assume from the BBC studios) looking a combination of self conscious and smug! Agree with other posters about losing a part of youth. It's like hanging on to a roof - each time someone like this goes, a tile drops out beneath you
