Wouldn't imagine all 3 would come through the door. James dunne I can see us being linked with again. Was only due to the fact we had to many midfielders that we couldn't/didn't sign him last time but with AA leaving it will open the door to either him or Pack
Albert is vastly over rated but I wish him luck when he goes as he clearly is not prepared to stay with us anymore. Goodbye Albert and let's hope that our leaders can complete this deal without their usual screwup.
Still feel they are waiting for other clubs to show their hand - I would be very surprised if thre is no firm interest elsewhere as I thought at least 4 clubs were after him... Hold the nerve and get proper money for Albert...
Perhaps it will start the bidding war We accept 1 million, Another club offer 1.1 etc.. Can't see it myself though, Can see us accepting 1 million from wigan, Albert will go there and we will meet again next season
After missing out on cash in the past, we should take what ever we can get around £1m-AA clearly does not wish to stay and I echo a lot of the previous comments about the benefits he brings to the team- Good luck to him and lets make a fresh start
Without Maynard Albert has been quite ineffectual as he never looks up before he crosses the ball he and Maynard were on the same wavelength so they almost knew what the other was going to do or where they would be he has never had that sort of relationship with anyone else, am somewhat surprised that NM isn't asking for Cardiff to get Albert but he doesn't have a lot of credit with Cardiff himself yet, hardly had time to pull on the 'RED' shirt of Cardiff and was then injured.
I would guess that Maynard will play a big part for Cardiff next season with the money they spent on him. And I think Albert could benefit more going to Cardiff and learn a bit under Bellemy (not the attitude) but the bags of pace and able to deliver passes. I like Albert and even though I hate Cardiff I would prefer him to go there as I think it's a club that could improve him, I don't want to belittle Wigan but I think it would be a better move for him.
Alistair Durden ‏@alidurdenBBC 22m Bristol City summary: Harewood will have contract talks, Parrish offered deal, Davies bids "derisory", SO'D wants Adomah sorted by Wednesday
Wize, did i read somewhere that davies says he doesnt want to go? and i havent seen Parrish, but wasnt impressed with Roos anyway against rangers, especially the goal against him!
We do need to get this sorted ASAP - will be interesting to see if there is a plan to spend some of the money/wages when Albert goes
Sooner the better same with all potential players who might leave if people want the players either make a reasonable off or go elsewhere surely they have learned by now we do not have to sell anyone so they are not going to get anyone for peanuts.
Wigan Latics FanPage ‏@WiganLaticsFANS 1h Wigan are also expected to sign Bristol City winger Albert Adomah in the next 7 days. #wafc #BristolCity
Hopefully we're not rushing this transfer through and craving into the player and agent demands of leaving, 900k-1.5m will be an acceptable price, anything lower is poor business.
