Not as one of the first choice striking partnership. Would show a lack of ambition and if we can't attract better strikers would be worrying in terms of how the club would progress in the PL over the next however many seasons we will be competing in it for
Don't seem to be giving you much of encouagement in quest to sign our former strikers. On his day he can be a right handfull. But, and I have followed him at Stoke as a few of our fans were keen to get him back. He can be a good foil for a more nimble striker (not DG by the way)good in the air. He can be a right lazy twat( Carribean mentality) and for a big guy has a shot like a 15 stonne carrot. You can do better. Personally a young and up coming lower league guy would give more effort.
