    Didn't know we had any . .

Can any one can suggest who they might be ?

I sincerely wish we had young stars with potential , i understand that is to be the new focus of the club rather than buying "experience" .

Personally i think that buying experience is the right thing but not the age at which we are currently buying . Perhaps 24 - 26 year olds rather than 29- 32 yr olds. If there is room to fit exceptional youngsters within a younger experienced framework than that would be ideal for me

They have to be given the opportunity, but to date our academy has been poorly run with no intention from the previous manger to create, developer or utilise any young potential. I would imagine I will tak several years before we start to see any quality develope.

I would love to see some home grown talent, in our squad.
